On 21 June 2022, CCE was granted a First Right of Refusal agreement by JHEAINS (Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Negeri Sembilan) — securing exclusive rights for all 1,884 assets under the Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Department.
This landmark agreement encompasses 376 mosques, 719 suraus, 722 cemeteries, 52 schools, and 15 religious offices — providing CCE with a vast network of strategic locations for telecommunications infrastructure deployment.
